P. Mark Accettura
specializes in the areas of elder law, estate planning,
estate and trust administration, Medicaid planning,
Aid and Attendance Veteran’s planning, and
family inheritance dispute resolution. |

He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Oakland University in 1977,
his law degree from the University of Detroit/Mercy in 1981,
and his Master of Laws Degree (LL.M. in taxation) in 1982
from New York University School of Law. |
Mark was adjunct professor at the University of Detroit/Mercy School of Law
from 1984 to 1994, where he taught courses on income taxation, estate,
gift tax, pensions and employee benefits. |
Mark is a frequent lecturer on estate planning topics
and is an author of three books:. |

Mark was adjunct professor at the University of Detroit/Mercy School of Law
from 1984 to 1994, where he taught courses on income taxation, estate,

Mark hosted Law Talk, a one-hour public access television show in 37 cities
in southeastern Michigan from 1994 to 1999. Mark’s guests on the show
included judges, legislators and other legal policy makers. |
